With the 18-hole expansion, the new course needed a new clubhouse. The two holes on the south facet of the river weren’t used within the new format and Stowe Heart was now a long distance from the course. The Laliberte Farmhouse was ideally located to serve as the new facility. The Lalibertes had painted the brick veneer on the home white.
