Each Energy of Mothers Retreat I’ve attended has been magical to me. I really like meeting with deliberate moms. I like sitting in small groups and studying new concepts to make my household stronger. I like having a little bit break from my day by day routine (regardless that I all the time return home feeling totally exhausted!).
The problem is, for a comedy, there simply isn’t a lot of laughs to go around. Amusing, sure, but not chuckle out loud hilarious (except for just a few scenes such because the yoga apply). Among the scenes (such as the sharks and the single membership) feel tedious and lengthy. The ending is predictable, compelled, and unconvincing. I, for one, would not imagine these couples would resolve their problems so simply and quickly.
Bearing this in thoughts, the scenery still does not detract from the short, humorous quips that the film has …
