Downtown is very cool and the 2 historic neighborhoods there are De Tonti to the North and Church Street East to the south. Though very secure, there aren’t loads of youngsters there as a result of crime perceptions which are from the 1970s, and are not that manner anymore. It’s the cool place for younger professionals to rent because it’s only 2 blocks from downtown bars and shops.
